Well, I’m starting to get some emails and phone calls so I thought I’d address the kind words published by Larry Coffman over at MARKETING in the Jan/Feb issue of the paper.

Thanks for all the kind words Larry and for being such a great supporter of CraftNet (Craftsmen Club) and Gallery in particular. While it’s true that I spend time tending to Gallery and other things Craftsmen related, there are many others working behind the scenes and helping me get things done.

That said, there is always room for more volunteers! The 2010 Gallery is just now creeping onto my to-do list and I really need help in pulling it off this year. From sponsors to judges, worker bees and of course ENTRIES! Save those entries starting right away. Updates will be coming soon, first on this very website.

Cheers to all and here’s to a prosperous 2010 for all!

You can also just give me a call with the card info and I’ll run it off line for you.

I’m still looking for a few more judges to help this Saturday.   Even if you can’t participate, please pass this along to others in your organization that may be interested.   I’d like to have 15-20 judges – the pay is peanuts – but we treat you right.  Press operators, bindery leads, quality control folks, you all make great judges.  Pass this invitation along to everyone you know or think you know and encourage them to be a judge!  Bring an eye loupe and get ready for a whirlwind of great printing and meeting new folks.

On November 14th we will hold the Gallery Awards Banquet at the Space Needle!  How cool is that?  More details to follow next week.
